We endeavor to deliver the best quality custom products to you in a timely manner.
From time to time mistakes can happen. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. Our TOLL-FREE number is 1-866-474-1095. We invite feedback from our customers and are always striving to improve our business operations.

Our Return & Refund Policy covers the actions of our business that we have direct control over and does not cover the actions of third parties.
Sticky Business guarantees to:
- ship orders within the stipulated number of business days following proof approval
- to ship orders via the method requested
- print high quality products adhering to specifications approved in the proof
- print the quantity of stickers ordered
Our Return & Refund Policy does NOT include:
- Delivery delays caused by a courier service (we only guarantee an order will ship within a stipulated number of business days from proof approval)
- Delivery if a customer enters an incomplete or incorrect delivery address
- A delivery that is refused by the recipient or if multiple delivery attempts
- Lost or stolen packages that have Proof of Delivery
If a RUSH order does not ship by the promised shipping date, we will refund 100% of the rush fee.
If your order arrives damaged, we will reprint damaged products at no charge. We will, however, require a photo to clarify the condition of your order before processing the reprint.
If the quality of the product you received is not satisfactory, we will refund you the full amount or offer a free reprint. We require a photo to clarify the issues with your order and may also ask that you ship back the products to us. We will not refund return shipping costs if it is determined that there is nothing wrong with the product being returned.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a reprint or refund.
