The digital files required for printing quality custom labels, decals, embossed seals and other products must adhere to the following artwork specifications.
Acceptable File Formats
- EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- PDF (Adobe PDF)
- PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
- JPG (High Resolution JPEG)
- TIFF (High Resolution TIFF)
Vector files such as EPS, PDF and AI are line art, scalable to any size without losing resolution - the image will remain clean and crisp.
If submitting these files, be sure to have converted all fonts to outlines. Vector files can be submitted at any size proportionate to the size ordered.
Raster files and images such as PSD, JPG and TIFF are pixel-based images and depending on the resolution, the image may become “fuzzy” when enlarged.
Please submit these files at 100% scale (full-size output) at 300ppi in CMYK color model.
If you are not able to provide us with a high quality image, we provide a vectorizing/recreating service. Most logos or images can be recreated for $35; however, images with more detail are subject to quoting prior to vectorizing the image.
Please contact a Customer Service Representative for more details.
We will be happy to give you a copy of the vector file once it is complete.
File Preparation Tips
- Include a 1/8" bleed if necessary

Most products are printed in CMYK. If files are submitted in RGB, color shifting will take place. If a specific Pantone color value is needed, please let us know when you submit the order (additional costs may apply).
If you have questions about your artwork file, or you'd like us to check the quality before you place your order, please submit our EZ Quote form and attach the artwork.
