How To Place A Custom Label Order With Sticky Business
So, you have your Sticky Business quote and you're ready to order. You might be wondering what to do next.
Well, you can hit reply to your email quote with a simple message like “I’m ready to order” (leave us your name and phone number too) and one of our customer service reps will call you during business hours.
Or, you can call us TOLL FREE at 1 866 474-1095. We will ask you a few simple questions like your shipping address, your billing address (in case it’s different) and we’ll ask for your payment information.
Then, we will confirm the specifics of your order – such as the quantity you would like us to print, specific colors or Pantone numbers - and if we haven’t received final artwork from you already – we will ask you to email it to us at this time.
Once we have these details. Our prepress team will start working on your proof, which will be emailed to you within 2 – 3 business days.
In your proof you will see the specifications of your printing order listed in a similar way to the quote that we sent you.
Details like the size and shape, the material we will be printing on, adhesive, colors, whether there is a bleed, protective coating – how they will be finished and the quantity. Take time to look over each one of these specs – this is your opportunity to make changes or revisions.
If everything looks good – simply hit reply to that email and give us your approval to go ahead and print.
If you see something you want to change, if you have questions or if you’re unsure about something – let us know by email or call us at our toll free number and we will work with you until you are satisfied.
We won’t print the order until we get your proof approval.
Once you do approve your proof, we will process your payment and your project will be sent to our production department. Your order will be ready to ship within 10 business days or less. If you need your order faster – just ask us about our Rush service option – we’ll do our very best to meet your deadline.
Once your order is printed and ready to ship – we will email you a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. You can expect to receive it within the time frame of the shipping option you selected.
